Formazione

Si è laureata in giurisprudenza (magna cum laude) presso l’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (2008) conseguendo successivamente un dottorato di ricerca in diritto commerciale presso l’Università degli Studi di Salerno (2013).

Iscritta all’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano dal 2012.

Svolge la propria attività prevalentemente nell’ambito delle operazioni di capital markets e finanza strutturata, occupandosi altresì dei relativi profili regolamentari. Si occupa inoltre di operazioni in derivati, NPL e di ristrutturazione del debito.

Experience

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Naples in 2008, she completed her Academic training with a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of Salerno in 2013.

She has been qualified to practice before the Italian Bar since 2012.

She is fluent in Italian, English and French.

Practice areas

Her activity is mainly focused on capital markets and structured finance as well as on all the related regulatory issues. She has an extensive experience on derivatives, NPLs, UTP and debt restructuring.
