After graduating magna cum laude at the University of Milan, with a final dissertation in International Commercial Law, in 2005 he completed his Academic training with an LL.M degree at the University of Cambridge. In 2008 he obtained a PhD from the University of Brescia.
He is Associate Professor of Company Law the Università degli Studi di Parma.
He has been qualified to practice before the Italian Bar since 2003.
He is fluent in English.
His work field is mainly focused on complex company and commercial transactions, general corporate matters, M&A, JV, acquisition finance and debt restructuring – both domestic and cross-border.
He teaches Company Law at the Università degli Studi di Parma and Comparative Business Law at Università Bocconi.
He is the author of several articles on Company Law, Insolvency Law and Financial Markets Law. He is the author of two books (Le azioni riscattabili, Milano, Giuffré, 2013; Aumento di capitale e diritto di opzione nelle società in crisi, Torino, Giappichelli, 2018) as well as several essays.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the American Bar Association (ABA).
He was selected from the 2015 “Young Italian Leaders” by the Council for the United States and Italy (CONSIUSA) in San Francisco, 2015.
