Experience

Domenico Zalum graduated at the University of Pisa in 2005, completing his final dissertation in Commercial Law on “The shareholders’ agreements under the recent reform of corporate law”.

Admitted to practice Law in Italy in 2008 and Member of the Milan Bar Association.

Before joining, as a partner, Greco Vitali Associati, he served as an associate at one of the major Italian law firm. He also worked as a visiting lawyer at Guarnera Advogados in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

He is fluent in English and French and speaks also German and Portuguese.

Practice areas

Domenico Zalum has gained his own experience in litigation and arbitration – also in non-domestic procedures – with regard to the civil, commercial and corporate areas.

Moreover, his practice has been focusing on cross border litigation also with reference to the private international law.

He also has a long extensive experience in commercial, corporate and M&A contracts and advices, both for companies and private clients.
