The judicial assistance and extrajudicial advice provided in the field of corporate criminal law, in particular with reference to the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Therefore, we provide assistance to companies involved in criminal proceedings according to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, both in the trial and in relationship with the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the phase of correction, adoption or possible adaptation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
