He subsequently attended the Master in Real Estate Law at the Scuola Superiore di Amministrazione Pubblica e degli Enti Locali – Rome (2005).

Member of the Milan Bar since 2004.

He mainly provides out-of-court advice on real estate matters to leading investors and real estate development companies. He has gained significant experience in assisting clients in extraordinary transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, single assets and real estate portfolios with reference to all market’s asset classes. His activity also includes advising on the finalization of joint ventures agreements in the context of complex real estate development and reconversion transactions.
