IBA Conference in M&A tech sector

From 28 to 29 March 2019 our partner Matteo Ludovico Vitali attended the International Bar Association (IBA) conference dedicated to M&A in the Technology Sector. Panelists discussed about the impact of regulation in this sector with a  particular focus on GDPR. An important section of the conference was held about the acquisition of technology targets by non-technology investors.
